Country Bob's

Al Malekovic of Country Bob's products offered to send me some free product coupons in the hopes that I would write a review of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce. I was honored since I'm already a fan of their products.

I love to use Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce for dipping sauce, for adding some zip to my soups and stews, and for topping sandwiches.

They also have great recipes. You can find their recipes at and you can pick up a free brochure at some stores where you find their products.

Country Bob's products are great tasting and can be used for lots of things. Don't just take my word for it. Ask for your own free coupon for Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce here:

I tried the Corn Pone pie recipe out of the Country Bob's Recipe Collection brochure. I'm posting it below since I don't see it on their website. It was easy to make and a hit with the family. It's like a chili with a cornbread topping . . . very tasty!

Corn Pone Pie

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon shortening
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (6 ounce) package corn bread mix.

Cook the gound beef with the onion in the shortening in a skillet until brown and crumbly; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, chili powder and salt. Simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes. Discard about half the bean liquid. Stir the beans with the remaining liquid into the skillet. Pour the mixture in a greased casserole. Prepare the corn bread mix according to the package directions. Pour the batter over the ground beef mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6 servings.

Another neat thing about Country Bob's is their CEO. From their website: " We have placed true ownership of Country Bob, Inc. in the hands of God. "Christ is our CEO" and He is an Awesome Boss!

This is a company with great products. Besides the All Purpose Sauce that is available in regular and spicy flavors, they offer seasoning salt and barbeque sauce.

Please visit their site, request a free coupon, and read up on this great company.
